Report of City Plan Commission relative to request from Shady Lane for a conditional use permit for a campus wide master plan for up to a mix of 309 beds for a blend of either Skilled Nursing Facility, Community Based Residential Facility or Resident Care Apartment Complex type beds, recommending approval of the CUP as well as granting the exceptions to the 2500 foot spacing rule and density requirements.
