Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Cummings, that this Action Item be placed on  
file and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Motorized vehicles on sidewalks  
Chief Nick Reimer clarified that our existing municipal code permits us to  
act against individuals operating on the sidewalk without proper  
consideration to pedestrians.  
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by DeBaets, that this Action Item be placed on  
file and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Out of state travel/training request - Captain John Musial, Police
