Council President Sitkiewitz called the meeting to order at 5:16 p.m.

Council President Sitkiewitz declared the meeting open for public  
comment. In accordance with policy, the public comment portion of the  
meeting is not made part of the official record.  
4. Discussion and Action Items  
First Amendment to City of Manitowoc TID NO. 24 Development Agreement  
26-0530  
with Tycore Built LLC  
Community Development Director Adam Tegen gave an update.  
Moved by Schlei, seconded by Beeman, that this Agreement be accepted as  
written. The motion carried by the following vote:  
8 - Schlei, Sitkiewitz, Beeman, Nickels, Dunbar, Anderson, Brey and Benzinger

Alderperson Norell joined via Zoom at 5:28 p.m.

Discussion on City Goals 2026-2030

Mayor gave an overview to the Council as to what the City is trying to  
accomplish with this discussion.  
Department Heads provided the Council with an overview as to what  
goals/priorities they have for the next five years.  
Council was provided the opportunity to ask Department Heads any  
questions regarding their goals/priorities.  
Mayor would like to work with Department Heads to create a document to  
show goals/priorities they would like to have addressed.  
No action taken on this item.
