The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Request to include in EPM - Oversight Policy when the Mayor is Related to  
Department Head  
Attachments:  
Human Resources Director, Jessie Lillibridge, stated this is a new policy  
that is to be included in preparation for some items going to Council  
meeting. In addition to the new policy, there are a couple of minor changes  
removing Deputy Chief position title from the EPM because position was  
removed from Police Department last month and addition of the updated  
Compensation structure.  
Moved by Dunbar, seconded by Beeman, that this request to include EPM -  
Oversight Policy when the Mayor is related to Department Head be approved and  
referred to council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Resolution to Hire Brock Wetenkamp as Director of Parks and Recreation  
Attachments:  
Alder Sitkiewitz stated this is a standard hiring Resolution.  
Human Resources Director Jessie Lillibridge stated that this is in  
preparation for items going to Council meeting.  
Moved by Cummings, seconded by Dunbar, that this Resolution to hire Brock  
Wetenkamp as Director of Parks & Recreation be approved and referred to  
council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Moved by Cummings, seconded by Beeman, to convene in closed session at 5:04

Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during  
the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the  
governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for  
the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by  
the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
