Mayor declared the meeting open for pubic input. In accordance with

policy, the public input portion of the meeting is not made part of the record.

4. Discussion and Action Items

Offer to Purchase Madison School

Community Development Director Adam Tegen gave an overview to the

Council about the interest that the City had in the piece of land.

Manitowoc Public School District Superintendent Lee Thennes gave an

overview of the process the School District has to follow to sell this piece of

land.

Moved by DeBaets, seconded by Sitkiewitz, to approve to execute the documents

to purchase Madison School property from MPSD for purchase of $1.00 and

complete transaction. The motion carried by the following vote:
