These items will be approved by one motion unless any Committee Member wishes to remove an  
item for discussion.

Items and recommendations of the various committees The motion carried by the

5. Discussion and Action Items  
A Charter Ordinance to amend Section 10.830 of the MMC regulating  
bicycles and e-bikes or electric bicycles.  
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Ordinance be approved  
and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Ordinance regulating unnecessary acceleration/burnouts on City streets.

Request for parking and lane change assignments on Washington Street  
from S. 7th Street to S. 9th Street and the intersection of S. 8th Street.  
Attachments:  
A motion was made by Alderperson Reckelberg to approve the parking  
and lane change assignments on Washington Street from S. 7th Street to  
S. 9th Street and the intersection of S. 8th Street. This includes changing  
the angle parking on the south side of Washington Street abutting Brix to  
parallel parking.  
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Action Item be approved  
and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Pedestrian crossing concern at the intersection of South 8th Street and  
Marshall Street.  
City staff will continue to work with First German to place flashing  
pedestrian signs in the area at their expense.

file. The motion carried by the following vote:
