5. Discussion and Action Items  
Police Department request for special distribution from the City of  
Manitowoc K-9 Preservation Fund, recommend to approve the request.  
The Police Department is requesting a special distribution from the City of  
Manitowoc K-9 Preservation Fund which requires 75% approval from the  
Common Council. Chief Reimer will be requesting up to $75,000.00 to be  
drawn from the K9 Preservation Fund.  
Moved by Boldt, seconded by Kaderabek, that this Request be approved and  
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

CAWG request from the Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department for  
Extrication Equipment, recommend to approve the request.  
Moved by Boldt, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Request be approved and  
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

CAWG Request from the Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department for PPE  
Firefighting Gear, recommend to approve the request.

Discussion and possible action on parking restrictions in the City owned  
parking lot adjacent to the Waste Water Treatment Facility.  
A motion was made to draft an ordinance indicating "no parking between  
the hours of 11 p.m. - 4 a.m." in the parking lot adjacent to the Waste Water  
Treatment Facility.  
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Request be approved  
and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
