Moved by Dunbar, seconded by Hansen, that this Minutes be approved. The

President Report for May  
President reminded board of May 10th exhibit opening 1:00PM-3:00PM  
with a gallery talk at 2:00PM  
Membership/Marketing for May  
Education Report for May  
Added to education notes:  
Under the Dreihaus Collection: Director will be looking into an extra  
security camera for the Port Cochere.  
Under MOWA traveling exhibit, photography of Suzanne Rose this will be a  
2027 exhibit.  
The O'Keeffe is not being refraimed it is having a new security case made  
for it by MOWA  
Under WOMT RWAM is hoping to bring the Radio exhibit to the RWAM in  
late October 2026-Mid Feb. 2027  
East Lawn May Report for May

Collections Report for May  
No formal report.  
HVAC has been having issues, summer set points have been set.  
Director Report for May  
Front Fence Repair has been completed  
Summer internships will be with us 8-9 weeks  
Changes to the Rahr-West Art Museum Board: On April 20th the City of  
Manitowoc Common Council voted unanimously to re-size the RWAM to an  
11=member body. The Council also voted to make the Director of Visit  
Manitowoc a permanent member of the Board due to the significance of  
the RWAM as a cultural tourism destination.  
Strategic Plan: The next step of our strategic plan will be to take our  
overarching ideas to the respective committees to formulate concrete  
goals for the next 5 years, with realistic timelines and shared  
responsibilities.  
Georgia O'Keeffe: Is on loan to the Museum of Wisconsin Art for a two and  
a half month exhibition. May 2-July 16. We will in-turn be getting a new  
protective glass cover for our painting at no cost and they will be loaning us  
a full exhibition from artist Suzanne Rose (waiving the $15,000 exhibition  
rental fee) this is a reciprocal loan.  
East Lawn Landscaping contract is with Cretton Enterprises from Two  
Rivers.  
Friends Report for May  
Receptions this summer are as follows May 10th, June 7th and August 23.  
The Member Bus trip planning is in the process of setting up the tours at  
the Trout Museum and Richardson Gallery.  
Art of Conversation planning for 2027 will be Rob Zimmer  
Foundation Report for May  
Foundation approved $14,607 in funds for Exhibit marketing for 2026, they  
have  
also agreed to split with the city the cost on a full appraisal for 2027  
Foundation members are working on a fundraiser for 2027
