Alderperson Reckelberg called the meeting to order.

Updated attendance at 4:06 p.m.

Property owner appeal for noxious weed assessment at 1715 Madison St.  
Property owner appeared to explain their appeal. Board and property  
owner discussed the assessment.  
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Alfred, to deny the appeal and uphold the fine. The  
motion passed by the following vote:

3. Bids for 2025 Televising Miscellaneous Sewers II, Project #WU-25-17  
City Clerk reported having received four (4) e-bids. Same were opened  
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:  
Aqualis, Bid Bond, $34,637.00  
Green Bay Pipe & TV, LLC, Bid Bond, $34,721.00  
National Power Rodding Corp, Bid Bond, $42,637.00  
Great Lakes TV Seal, Inc., Bid Bond, $43,337.90  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Norell, to refer the bids to the  
Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion  
carried by the following vote:

4. Change Orders  
City Clerk submitted the following one (1) change order for approval:  
Vinton Construction Company, CO #1 for Lincoln Park Zoo Wetland  
Aviary, WO-25-13, $6,496.00  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Norell, that this change order be  
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

5. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects  
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval  
and payment:

Seiler Bros Construction, Inc., 2025 Remove & Replace Sidewalks,  
WS-25-3, Est. 4, $35,446.42  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Norell, to approve the payments. The  
motion carried by the following vote:
