Human Resources Director Jessie Lillibridge and Police Chief Nick  
Reimer explained to the committee the reasons for the requested changes  
to the Police Chief job description.  
Moved by Beeman, seconded by Cummings, that this request to revise the job  
description for the Police Chief be approved and referred to council. The motion  
carried by the following vote:

Employee Policy Manual Language Update-August, 2025  
Human Resources Director Jessie Lillibridge gave a brief overview of the  
requested revisions to the Employee Policy Manual.  
Moved by Cummings, seconded by Beeman, that this request to update the  
Employee Policy Manual language be approved and referred to council. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

the request to the committee.

hire seasonal employees related to elected officials, department heads, or  
supervisory personnel be approved and referred to council. The motion carried

social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of  
specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where  
par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect  
upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems  
or investigations.
