City Clerk submitted the following three (3) change orders for approval:

Horizon Const & Exploration LLC, CO #1 for Removal PCB Soil from
Former Mirro Site Project, WO-25-10, $46,210.80
Horizon Const & Exploration LLC, CO #2 for Removal PCB Soil from
Former Mirro Site Project, WI-25-10, $47,691.87
A motion was made by Reckelberg, seconded by Beeman, that these change
orders be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval
and payment:

#3516.036, Est. 15, $25,500.00

2&Final, $55,806.53
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to approve the payments.
