Moved by Diedrich, seconded by Koski, that the Minutes be approved. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

VI. NEW BUSINESS

PC 15-2024: City of Manitowoc / Abbey Ridge LLC / John Lukas; Potential  
Land Swap, Abbey Ridge Lane and Ebony Lane.  
P. Braun stated that the request is related to an Official Map Amendment  
that the Plan Commission approved recently. The land swap would allow  
for a curved right-of-way versus the right angle which was planned before  
the Official Map Street was eliminated.  
Moved by Diedrich, seconded by Jagemann, that the land swap be approved for  
consent agenda. The motion carried by the following vote:
