Alderperson Norell called the meeting to order.

City Clerk reported having received three (3) e-bids. Same were opened  
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:  
Hamann Construction, Bid Bond, $119,811.00  
RJM Construction LLC, Bid Bond, $161,550.00  
IEI General Contractors, Bid Bond, $196,821.00  
A motion was made by Reckelberg, seconded by Beemen, to refer the bids to the  
Department of Public Works for tabulation.  
Alderperson Reckelberg withdrew his motion.  
A motion was made by Reed, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bids to the  
Library Board for tabulation. The motion carried by the following vote:
