1. Call to Order  
Alderperson Brey called the Board of Review to order at 5:00 p.m. Public  
notice was given in accordance with Wisconsin Statutes.  
2. Roll Call  
4 - Reed, Brey, Sitkiewitz and Schlei  
3 - Nickels, DeBaets and Norell

3. Election of Chair and Vice-Chair  
Alderperson Brey proceeded with nominations for Chairperson and  
Vice-Chairperson of the Board of Review. Alderperson Sitkiewitz  
nominated Alderperson Brey as chair. There being no other nominations, it  
was moved by Alderperson Sitkiewitz, and seconded by Alderperson  
Schlei to close nominations and cast an unanimous ballot. Alderperson  
Brey was declared as Chairperson. Ayes, 4. Nays, None.  
Alderperson Schlei nominated Alderperson Sitkiewitz as Vice-Chair. There  
being no other nominations, it was moved by Alderperson Schlei, and  
seconded by Alderperson Brey to close nominations and cast an  
unanimous ballot. Alderperson Sitkiewitz was declared appointed as  
Vice-Chair. Ayes, 4. Nays, None.  
4. Verify that member(s) have met the mandatory training requirements  
City Clerk Reed reported that Wisconsin State Statutes require that at least  
one member of the Board of Review attend a training session each year.  
Clerk Reed reported that she attended the required Board of Review  
training and filed an affidavit indicating same with the State of Wisconsin  
Department of Revenue.  
5. Adjourn to later date  
A motion was made by Alderperson Sitkiewitz, seconded by Alderperson Schlei,  
that this meeting be adjourned to a future to be determined date. The motion  
carried by the following vote:  
4 - Reed, Brey, Sitkiewitz and Schlei
