6:31 PM - Public Hearing for the purpose of hearing any and all interested  
parties in the matter of a proposed change in zone from B-1 Office Residential  
District to B-4 Central Business District for property located at 435 N 8th Street  
Mayor declared the meeting open for a public hearing on this matter.  
City Clerk reported that the notice of the public hearing was published in the  
Herald Times Reporter on April 4, 2022 and April 11, 2022. (Proof of publications  
is on file in the City Clerk's Office)  
Michael Marilyn, the property owner, was present and willing to answer any  
questions.  
Mayor declared the public hearing closed. (A recording of the entire public  
hearing is on file in the City Clerk's Office).
