Moved by Norell, seconded by Cummings, to accept the Consent Agenda

Request to Approve Inspection Supervisor Job Description  
Human Resources Director Jessie Lillibridge gave an overview to the  
committee on the changes to the job description which change the  
qualifications to make it more broad.  
Moved by Dunbar, seconded by Cummings, to approve this request for job  
description updates for the Inspection Supervisor position. The motion carried by  
the following vote:

Request to Approve the Updated Seasonal Hiring Pay Rates for 2026  
Human Resources Director Jessie Lillibridge explained that this was  
brought forward during budget time and approved but there have been  
more changes requested and that is why it is being brought to committee  
for approval.  
Moved by Cummings, seconded by Beeman, that this request to approve teh  
updated seasonal hiring pay rates for 2026 be approved and referred to council.

Discussion on Police Department Administrative Restructure  
Police Chief Nick Reimer explained the memo he wrote to the committee  
outlining the main changes to the department administrative structure. The  
Chief emphasized that these changes will help the budget as there will be a  
full-time position being eliminated.  
Moved by Cummings, seconded by Dunbar, that this request to restructure the  
Police Department Administrative positions be approved and referred to council.
