Alderperson Norell called the meeting to order.

2. Bids for 2026 Concrete Paving I Program, Project WS-26-1
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $1,911,997.76
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to refer the bids to the
Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion
carried by the following vote:

3. Quotes for 2026 Ready Mix Concrete, QM-26-1
City Clerk reported having received three (3) quotes. Same were opened
and accepted. Quotes were received from:
Carew Concrete, $107,850.00
R&J Fricke, $129,050
Schmitz Ready Mix, $137,400
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the quotes to the
Director to Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
