5. Discussion and Action Items  
24-1288 Traffic concern/property damage at 823 North 9th Street.  
A motion was made to paint a double yellow centerline on the 800 block of  
North 9th Street at Huron Street along the curve and to send an estimate to  
install LED curve signs in each direction of travel to the Finance Committee  
for approval. The police department was also requested to provide extra  
patrol as time allows.  
Moved by Boldt, seconded by Kaderabek, that this Action Item be referred to the  
Finance Committee. The motion carried by the following vote:

Parking concern on South 9th Street between 1520 South 9th Street and  
1522 South 9th Street.  
A motion was made to eliminate the two parking stalls and repaint only one  
stall between 1520 South 9th Street and 1522 South 9th Street.

referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Request by Deacon Mark LeGreve, Agent for St. Francis of Assisi Parish,  
for the approval of a demolition / razing permit application for a school  
structure which exceeds 100,000 cubic feet in area, located at 1418 Grand  
Avenue aka 1416 Grand Avenue.  
Moved by Kaderabek, seconded by Boldt, that this Request be approved and  
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:
