I. CALL TO ORDER
Nathan Mielke called the Annual Meeting of the TIF Joint Review Board to order
at 3:30PM.
II. ROLL CALL
5 - Maurer, Alfred, Soodsma, Mielke and Martell
Present:

III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of Minutes of the July 31, 2025 Meeting.
Moved by Alfred, seconded by Mielke, that the July 31, 2025 Minutes be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
5 - Maurer, Alfred, Soodsma, Mielke and Martell

V. NEW BUSINESS
Annual Review of Active Tax Increment Finance Districts
S. Alfred reviewed the financial reports for reach district.
A.Tegen provided additional information on potential projects in the
variance districts and potential amendments to new districts.
Discussion ensued about the financial reports.
Moved by Maurer, seconded by Soodsma, that the Annual Financial Reports be
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
5 - Maurer, Alfred, Soodsma, Mielke and Martell
