Public Hearing to be held at 6:31 p.m. for the purpose of hearing any and all  
interested parties in the matter of a proposed change in zone from I-2 Heavy  
Industrial or C-1 Commercial to B-1 Office Residential or B-3 General Business  
for property located in the south half of Block 245 of the Original Plat being  
bordered by S 14th, S 15th and Washington Streets  
Mayor declared the meeting open for a public hearing on this matter.  
City Clerk reported that the notice of public hearing was published on  
December 4 & 11, 2023 (Proof of publication is on file in the City Clerk's  
Office).  
No parties appeared to speak on this matter.  
Mayor declared the public hearing closed. (A recording of the entire public
