Alderperson Reckelberg called the meeting to order.

2. Bids for Remove & Replace Existing Sidewalks, Project #WS-26-3  
City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened  
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:  
Seiler Bros. Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $135,885.00  
LaLonde Contracters, Inc., Bid Bond, $280,527.88  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to refer the bids to the  
Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion  
carried by the following vote:

3. Bids for Complaints Remove & Replace Sidewalks, Project #WS-26-13  
City Clerk reported having received three (3) e-bids. Same were opened  
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:  
Seiler Bros. Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $77,690.00  
Forward, Bid Bond, $141,015.00  
LaLonde Contractors, Inc., Bid Bond, $164,871.53  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to refer the bids to the  
Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion  
carried by the following vote:

4. Appeal from Property Owner for Snow Removal Assessment  
Property owner appeal for snow removal assessment at 815 St. Clair St.  
Property owner appeared to explain their appeal. Board and property  
owner discussed the assessment.  
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to grant the appeal given that the  
property owner forfeits the right to appeal any future snow removal assessments  
for 815 St. Clair Street. The motion carried by the following vote:

6. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects  
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval  
and payment:  
Vinton Construction, 2025 River Point Development Phase 4,  
WS-25-2, Est. 5, $96,377.50 (Clerk's correction: The original amount  
reported was $306,604.15; the corrected amount is $96,377.50)  
Schaus Mechanical Inc., Library HVAC Rooftop  
Condensor/Compressor & HVAC Main Controls, WB-25-15, Est. 1,  
$123,567.00  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to approve the payments.  
The motion carried by the following vote:
