5. Discussion and Action Items  
23-0112 Police Department Regional Shoot House  
Police Chief Nick Reimer is looking for approval to secure funding to  
construct a regional shoot house on the gravel pit property on Hecker  
Road. Officer Jeremy Weber explained a regional shoot house would  
provide live fire training in a 360-degree environment to law enforcement  
personnel. DPI/Engineering staff has mapped out a portion of land suitable  
for this project (see attached map). A motion was made to approve the  
request to secure grant funding for this project.  
Moved by Schlei, seconded by Kaderabek, that this Request be approved and  
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Ordinance to create section 10.460 of the MMC regulating parking of  
recreational vehicles (RV's) and truck campers on City streets.

Bill Schlei, to convene in closed session at 5:51 p.m. The motion carried by the

Notice is hereby given that the above governmental body may adjourn into a closed session during  
the meeting as authorized by Section 19.85(1)(f) of the Wisconsin Statutes, which authorizes the  
governmental body to convene in closed session for the purpose of considering financial, medical,  
social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of  
specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where  
par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect  
upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems  
or investigations.  
The specific subject matter that may be considered in closed session is:
