I. CALL TO ORDER  
The Special Meeting of the City Plan Commission was called to order by Acting  
Chairman J. Brey at 5:00pm.

Overview of Comprehensive Plan Update  
Jackie Mich and Elias Vareldzis from VandeWalle & Associates provided  
an overview of the existing comprehensive plan, as well as timeline for  
updating. They led the discussion with Plan Commissioners regarding their  
input regarding city priorities to be included in the Comprehensive Plan  
Update.  
This Action Item was discussed.

Consideration and possible action on “Resolution Recommending  
Adoption of a Public Participation Plan for the Update of the  
Comprehensive Plan, City of Manitowoc, Wisconsin.”  
Moved by Diedrich, seconded by Steinbrenner, that the Resolution  
Recommending Adoption of a Public Participation Plan for the Update of the  
Comprehensive Plan, City of Manitowoc, Wisconsin be approved. The motion  
carried by the following vote:
