5. Discussion and Action Items  
Request for a "No U-Turn" sign to be placed on Dewey Street in median  
across from the exit of Kwik Trip by South 42nd Street.  
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Request be denied and  
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Ordinance to amend Section 10.390 of the MMC regulating parking on  
Washington Street.  
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Beeman, that this Ordinance be approved and  
referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Aye:  
Ordinance to amend Section 14.110 of the MMC regulating trapping.  
Committee approved this ordinance with the recommended changes  
indicated by Lieutenant Jason Delsman. A clean copy should be uploaded  
for Common Council.  
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Boldt, that this Ordinance be approved as  
amended and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

Ordinance to amend section 14.575 of the MMC regulating Sexual  
Offender Residency Restrictions.  
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Ordinance be approved  
and referred to the Public Infrastructure Committee. The motion carried by the

Discussion regarding downtown parking in the 700 block of Jay Street and  
Parking Lot 7.  
Police Chief Nick Reimer explained the focus on downtown parking and  
the signage that was placed.

file. The motion carried by the following vote:
