Alternatives at a site located in the 600 block of E Reed Avenue, Manitowoc, WI  
(Parcel# 052-520-031-073) and the FY26 USEPA Brownfield Cleanup Grant  
Application  
Mayor declared the meeting open for a public hearing on this matter.  
City Clerk reported that the notice of the public hearing was published in  
the Herald Times Reporter on January 2, 2026. (Proof of publication is on  
file in the City Clerk's Office.)  
No parties appeared to speak on this matter.
