Scope of Engagement Re: Proposed Issuance of Approximately $17,800,000
City of Manitowoc (the "City") Sewerage System Revenue Bonds, Series 2024
(Clean Water Fund Loan)

Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Sitkiewitz, to authorize the City to sign the
engagement letter. The motion carried by the following vote:
5 - Brey, Reckelberg, Sitkiewitz, Schlei and Norell
Aye:
Agreement with WI DOA for Wisconsin Help for Homeowners Program

Moved by Norell, seconded by Schlei, that this Agreement be entered into with
the WI DOA. The motion carried by the following vote:
