2. Bids for Lincoln Park Fieldhouse Windows and Door Replacement, Project  
WB-25-14  
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and  
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:  
Philippi Quality Construction, Inc., Bid Bond, $31,998.00  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to refer the bid to the  
Department of Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion carried  
by the following vote:  
8 - Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz, Norell, Beeman and Reckelberg  
Aye:  
3. Agreement with Lakeland Landscape, Inc. for tree planting on Michigan Ave.;  
Fleetwood Dr.; and S. 9th St. for a contract price of $29,150.00, AGMT-25-03  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that this agreement be  
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

4. Agreement with Lee Recreation for Installation of Two Single Post Swing  
Assemblies, one at Lincolnshire Park and one at Pulaski Park for a contract price of  
$9,079.00, AGMT-25-06  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to enter into the agreement.  
The motion carried by the following vote:

5. Agreement with Lakeland Landscape, Inc. for Planting of Trees in City Parks for a  
contract price of $13,300.00, AGMT-25-07  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to enter into the agreement.  
The motion carried by the following vote:

6. Determination of necessity of sidewalk construction for the public health and  
safety on the east side of Paul Road  
Request for sidewalks to be installed on the East side of Paul Road.  
Moved by Nycz, seconded by Beeman, to fail to determine that installing  
sidewalks is necessary for the public health and safety. The motion carried by the  
following vote:
