5. Discussion and Action Items  
Request for duck crossing signs to be placed on South 10th Street  
between Dewey Street and Grand Avenue by the retention pond.  
A motion was made by Alder Reckelberg to install duck crossing signs in  
both North and South directions of travel on South 10th Street between  
Dewey Street and Grand Avenue by the retention pond.  
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Vanderkin, that this Action Item be approved  
and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:  
An Ordinance to amend section 18.040 of the MMC regulating outdoor  
lighting.  
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Reckelberg, that this Ordinance be adopted as  
amended and referred to Council. The motion carried by the following vote:

An Ordinance to amend section 10.390 of the MMC regulation parking  
(changes for two-way street conversion).  
Moved by Vanderkin, seconded by Reckelberg, that this Ordinance be adopted as

for two-way street conversion).
