Public Hearing to be held at 6:31 p.m. for the purpose of hearing any and all

Establishment of a Wrecker Service Use in a C-1 Commercial Zoning District  
located at 4102 Broadway Street (Parcel #450-284-121)  
Mayor declared the meeting open for a public hearing on this matter.  
City Clerk reported that the notice of the public hearing was published in  
the Herald Times Reporter on May 5 & 12, 2025. (Proof of publication is on  
file in the City Clerk's Office.)  
No parties appeared to speak on this matter.
