3. Bids for 2026 Seal Coating Program, Project #WS-26-6  
City Clerk reported having received two (2) e-bids. Same were opened  
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:  
Scott Construction, Inc., Bid Bond, $136,345.40  
Fahrner Asphalt Sealers, LLC, Bid Bond, $146,947.40  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bids to the  
Department of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and evaluation. The motion  
carried by the following vote:  
6 - Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz and Reckelberg  
Aye:  
4. Snow Removal Assessment  
Staff recommendation to rescind snow removal assessment SS2026-0059 due  
to staff error  
Moved by Reckelberg, seconded by Koski, to approve the recommendation to  
rescind. The motion carried by the following vote:  
6 - Nickels, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Nycz and Reckelberg

5. Change Orders  
City Clerk submitted the following one (1) change order for approval:  
Aqualis, CO#1 & Final for 2025 Televising Misc. Sewers II, WU-25-17,  
($702.88)  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Koski, that these change orders be  
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

6. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects  
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval  
and payment:

Final, $33,943.12  
Schaus Mechanical Inc., Library HVAC Rooftop  
Condensor/Compressor & HVAC Main Controls, WB-25-15, Est. 2,  
$92,720.00  
Bay Lake Regional Planning Commission, Maritime Metro TDP  
Update, Contract No. 25009-05, Est. 3, $6,212.41  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to approve the payments.
