1. Call to Order

Present:
2. Agreement with America's Landscaping Lawn Service, LLC, for grass cutting and
trimming services for properties in non-compliance with City weed ordinance for a
3-year term at a rate of time and material
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to enter into the
agreement. The motion carried by the following vote:
8 - Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reed, Alfred, Reckelberg, Nycz and Czekala
Aye:
3. Agreement with Fortress Fence for furnishing and installing a sideline fence at
Westfield Park for a contract price of $10,560.00
A motion was made by Brey, seconded by Nycz, to enter into the agreement.

No bids received.
5. Bids for Parks Security Cameras, Project #WO-23-21
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:
Complex Security Solutions Inc, Bid Bond, $44,664.34
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bid to the
Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion
carried by the following vote:
