2. Bids for 2024 Asphalt Paving II Program, Program #WS-24-4  
City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and  
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:  
Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $622,536.11  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to refer the bid to the  
Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion  
carried by the following vote:  
8 - Nickels, Brey, Koski, Reed, Reckelberg, Nycz, Czekala and Beeman

3. Bids for Bayshore Trail Project #WS-24-18  
City Clerk reported having received three (3) e-bids. Same were opened  
and accepted online through Quest, and are as follows:  
Vinton Construction Company, Bid Bond, $1,468,776.02  
Advance Construction Inc., Bid Bond, $1,529,149.50  
Janke General Contractors, Bid Bond, $1,550,583.09  
A motion was made by Brey, seconded by Czekala, to refer the bids to the  
Director of Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion  
carried by the following vote:

4. Change Orders  
City Clerk submitted the following one (1) change order for approval:  
Commonwealth Construction, CO #1 for Safety Building Window  
Replacement, WB-23-28, +$16,276.35  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, that the change order be  
approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

5. Pay Estimates, Various Engineering/Public Works Projects  
City Clerk submitted the following City Engineer's estimates for approval  
and payment:  
RA Smith, Newton Gravel Pit Water Main Extension Phases 2-3, Est. 7,  
$32,611.25  
Mulch Express of Wisconsin, 2024 Furnish & Install Wood Chips, Est.  
1, $14,175.00  
A motion was made by Nycz, seconded by Reckelberg, to approve the payments.  
The motion carried by the following vote:
