City Clerk reported having received one (1) e-bid. Same was opened and  
accepted online through Quest, and is as follows:  
Lee Recreation, Bid Bond, $113,731.00  
Moved by Brey, seconded by Vanderkin, to refer the bid to the Director of Public  
Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by the  
following vote:

Public Infrastructure for tabulation and recommendation. The motion carried by
